Poster and demo session will be held on June 29, 15:00-17:00 at Room C (Kongo). Please follow the instructions shown below.

Setup time for posters and demos

Presenters are requested to set up their posters and demos during 11:50-15:00, June 29, at Room C (Kongo).

For poster presenters

We will set up an easel and an A0 board. Please make your poster within A0 portrait format (the size is 33.11 x 46.81 inches).

For demo presenters

We will set up the following:

  • An easel and an A0 board for poster (the size must be within 33.11x46.81 inches)
  • One desk (90cm x 180cm)
  • One power outlet
  • WiFi connection (public)

Note: Power adapters or power taps will not be provided. Please prepare these items by presenters if needed.
